Will this work if I haven’t started writing yet?
Mostly, this is built for authors with a manuscript drafted or nearly done. If you’re still at the idea stage, the framework still applies, you’ll just be implementing it sooner instead of catching up.
Do I need a big following or a big budget to make this work?
No. That’s the reframe the whole challenge is built on. The decisions that actually move the needle are category, positioning, and pricing, not audience size.
What if I can’t attend all three days live?
Regular tickets are live access only, no recordings. If missing a day is a real risk for you, get VIP. It includes recordings of all three sessions.
Is this only for business-minded, marketing-savvy authors?
No. It’s built for creative-minded authors who care about their craft but haven’t taken the business side seriously yet. Nothing here requires learning a pile of technical skills overnight.
Will AI just do all of this for me anyway?
No. The decisions and strategy this live challenge teaches, including category selection, overall positioning, pricing psychology, and launch sequencing, are decisions only you can make about your own book. Even if AI can do it, and it can do part of these steps, it can’t put everything into human perspective, only you can. AI can help you research, outline, and strategize, though you should always check its output against real-world info and your personal gut instinct.
